Mrs. Sepich's focus, as the principal, is to provide a positive direction for Chatham Elementary and instill lessons of character for the students enrolled in the school. She is devoted to the profession and strives for higher levels of excellence. As the principal, her number one goal is to help guide and motivate teachers, staff, and students to be the best that they can be. Experience garnered, as a teacher and previous administrator are immeasurable to Mrs. Sepich. It was the North Boone School District, in northern Illinois, that Mrs. Sepich began her career as an elementary teacher after graduating from Eureka College. After ten years of teaching experience and further education from National-Louis University, she started her career in administration in the North Boone School District in 1993. She then moved to the Ball-Chatham area in 1999, and continued her career in education in positions of both teaching and administration. Mrs. Sepich finds reward from serving and sharing with others involved in the school district, and she enjoys being involved in the many positive activities and lessons that take place daily at Chatham Elementary.
